Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-11
1. The agreement and the company
Ayamail is a product developed and owned by 3XAYA LTD. These terms apply between you as a customer and 3XAYA LTD, company number 17437429, registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We trade as Ayamail. By creating an account you accept these terms.
You can contact us at support@ayamail.net or legal@ayamail.net, or in writing at the address above.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. The account is personal and must not be shared.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Ayamail for:
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing.
- Distributing malware or illegal content.
- Attempting to bypass security, quotas or access restrictions.
- Harassment, threats or infringing the rights of others.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). 3XAYA LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made in the App Store are managed and cancelled in your Apple account.
5. Consumer right to cancel
If you are a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm this at checkout, the right to cancel ends once the service has been supplied. Domain names are excluded, because a registration cannot be reversed once it has been sent to the registry.
6. Domain names
When you register or transfer a domain through us you become the registrant and are bound by the relevant registry terms, including Nominet for .uk domains and the ICANN policies for generic domains. You must keep registrant contact details accurate, accept the registry dispute policy (UDRP or DRS) and understand that we act as a reseller. We may suspend or cancel a domain where a registry or the law requires it. Registration fees are not refundable.
7. Termination
You can cancel and delete your account in the app at any time. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of the terms, as a rule after notice.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high uptime but are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit or data loss, beyond what mandatory law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to support@ayamail.net and we normally reply within 5 working days. If we cannot agree, consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution. We are not signed up to a fixed ADR scheme, and the EU online dispute resolution platform is no longer available to UK traders.
11. Governing law
The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with venue in the courts of England and Wales. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts where they live.
Minimum age
The minimum age for an Ayamail account is 13. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and own the account.
If we find that an account was created by someone under 13, we contact the account address before the account is closed.
Partners and third parties
We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers. We only use partners that are needed to run the service: mail server operations, database and login, payments and domain registration.
Each partner processes only the data the task requires, works on our instructions and is bound by a data processing agreement. If we add a new partner, this policy is updated before that partner is used.
When you sign up, you confirm that you have read the terms and the privacy policy, including this description of partners.
Free account and storage
The free account costs nothing, needs no payment card and includes mail, calendar, contacts and 1 GB of storage.
If storage is full, new mail may be rejected until you tidy up or upgrade. We never delete your mail to make room.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right to the mail and files you store. We only get the technical access needed to run the service.
You can export your data at any time, and a closed account gives you 30 days to collect the content before it is deleted for good.
Support and availability
Support is provided in English at support@ayamail.net, and we normally reply within two working days.
We aim for high uptime, but planned maintenance can happen. Larger work is announced on the status page.
Force majeure and assignment
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as supplier outages or power failure.
We may transfer this agreement to another company as part of a restructuring, but that alone does not change your rights or prices.
